Want more homeowner calls for your remodeling business?
Apparentlyselling Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local providers who handle kitchen and bathroom remodeling. If you run your own contracting business, you may be a fit for our network.
This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or crews. We are looking for independent businesses.
Who are we looking for?
We are interested in providers who:
- Take on bigger projects, such as tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in tubs, walk-in showers, custom bathroom renovations and full kitchen remodels
- Work in homes across the Marlborough area, including older houses with tricky plumbing and framing
- Want homeowners who are serious about a real project
We are not a match for very small repair jobs, and we do not refer mobile home work.
What do we expect?
Homeowners come to us to compare, so we ask providers to be ready for that. That means:
- Clear written quotes in plain language
- Honest answers about timing, cost and what could change
- Respect for the homeowner's pace, with no pressure tactics
- Proper licensing, insurance and permits as required where you work, which you are responsible for
- Prompt, polite follow-up when a homeowner reaches out
How to apply
Send a short email to contact@apparentlyselling.living. Tell us:
- Your business name and the towns you serve
- The kinds of kitchen and bathroom projects you take on
- How long you have been doing this kind of work
- Anything about your process that homeowners should know
We will read your note and reply if your business looks like a fit. Joining does not promise a set number of calls, and results vary by area and season.
Questions?
Not sure whether your business fits? Email contact@apparentlyselling.living and ask. A short, honest question is always welcome.
